Talk and Gigs
Happy to report that my talk went well at the ITCM World Conference 2022 in Lisbon. Alas, I was already back in Ireland and presented remotely from Galway, alongside Adrian Scahill, Pamela Cotter, Susan Motherway and Daithi Kearney. All had very interesting and thoughful presentations and John O’Flynn of DCU was Chair of the session; wonderful! Thanks to all. ICTM is taking place in Ghana next year. How cool! … Some sessions this weekend, all out Connemara way, in beautiful Spiddal and Furbo. Have a look at the gig calendar…

Wonderful concert
It was a wonderful, sold-out concert at the Schwind-Pavillon in Rüdigsdorf, nr. Gnandstein, Saxony in Germany. A stunning venue, first-class acoustics and truly special to play! Thanks to Bernd Lüdtke for joining me for the concert and to Corinne Schulze for the organisation as well as musical contributions!
Anna Falkenau, Bernd Lüdtke and special guest Corinne Schulze

A fabulous audience and the honour of standing ovations at the end of the concert. Some vids to follow soon, but for now some foto impressions.

RIP Dennis Cahill
Such sad news to reverberate yesterday, on the longest day of the year. Fond memories of meeting Dennis at the Clifden Arts Fest in 2018, easy-going, kind and funny; His beautiful music has lifted my spirits throughout countless hours! RIP Dennis
